About the role
You'll be the face of the shop: greeting customers politely, finding out what they need, and guiding them to the right product with a professional, positive attitude. You'll keep products organised on the shop floor so sales move quickly, and handle several customer requests at once calmly during rush hours. You'll know the storage area well and keep it documented, so you can respond fast and bring customers exactly what they're looking for. And you'll keep the shop clean and hygienic at all times.
Probation period: the first 3 months are a probation period, during which either side can end the contract with immediate effect. We invest real time in training you during these months, so we ask you to take the commitment seriously: if you leave before completing probation, you're paid only for the days worked, we won't provide a reference, and you won't be considered for rehire.
Notice period: after probation, either side must give one month's written notice. Leaving without serving the notice means paying the equivalent of your wage for the unserved part.

What you bring
- Diploma or university degree; part-time students are welcome
- Speaks Arabic clearly, with good manners and a well-groomed, presentable appearance and a high standard of personal hygiene
- Basic computer and English skills to work with the store system (preferred)
What we offer
- Normal season: EGP 7,000 gross / EGP 6,107 net per month
- Peak season (back to school): EGP 9,975 gross / EGP 8,290 net per month, including 2 hours of paid overtime a day at the legal night rate (+70%)
- Net figures are after social insurance (11%) and income tax, both deducted and paid by Kenzo on your behalf; salary is paid on the 1st of each month
