Tarsah is an independent clothing brand founded by a small family team with decades of experience in garment production in Egypt. We currently operate online and from local studios in Alexandria and Sofia.

Our goal is to offer high-quality cotton products, made responsibly and fairly.

You are welcome to browse our website, learn about our products, and place orders for personal use. We ask that you use our site respectfully — do not copy, reproduce, or distribute our images, text, or designs without permission.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability information are kept as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to update or correct information at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation summarizing your purchase. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not constitute acceptance. Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the product is ready for dispatch.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe for EUR and international transactions, and Paymob for EGP and local Egyptian payments, including mobile wallets such as InstaPay. We never store payment details on our servers.

All prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees, if any, will be displayed before checkout.

We ship from Egypt and Bulgaria, depending on stock availability and customer location. Estimated delivery times vary between 3–7 business days for local shipments and 7–14 business days for international orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. Please review our Delivery Policy for more information.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Refunds and exchanges are processed after the returned products are inspected and approved by our quality control team. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
