Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization

Your payment is authorized at the time of checkout. This places a hold on the funds but does not yet constitute a completed charge.

You will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your purchase. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance by Tarsah.

Your payment is fully captured once your order has been confirmed, packed, and is ready for dispatch.

Your order is officially accepted when payment has been successfully captured and you receive a dispatch notification with your tracking details.

Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Common reasons for payment failure include:

Refunds & Payment Reversals

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used wherever possible. In cases where the original method is unavailable, we will offer an alternative refund method agreed upon with you directly.

Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, Tarsah uses automated fraud detection tools provided by Stripe. In cases where a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we may:
- Request additional identity verification before processing your order
- Place your order on hold pending review
- Cancel your order and issue a full refund
- Report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities
